Shoulder Roasts $16/lb (3-5lb packages)

Shank Roasts $16/lb (1-2lb pack)

Liver $12/lb (about 1 lb each)

Buyer is responsible for processing fees and will provide the processor with cut sheets indicating how they want their animal processed.
